Megalong Public School
Nestled against the Narrow Neck Escarpment, Megalong Public School is a place where every child is known, valued, and cared for. This small rural school has provided public education for over 135 years to the local farming families of the Megalong valley. The school is set on two acres of pristine eucalypts with an abundance of wildlife. Our unique setting allows us to blend academic excellence with a deep connection to nature, culture, and community.

At Megalong Public School, we are dedicated to fostering an inclusive and vibrant learning environment where students are at the core of everything we do.
As Principal, my leadership is centred on strong relationships, high expectations, and a deep belief that every child can succeed. We provide a warm, inclusive environment with tailored support for each learner, whether they need extension, support, or opportunities to grow socially and emotionally. Our approach is to teach the whole child, through rich learning experiences, student voice and community partnerships. With a strong wellbeing focus, we prepare our students to thrive both now and into the future. I warmly invite you to come and visit our school.
